Grimm Fairy Tales #64 gives Sela and Belinda two separate magical tools during the Dream Eater crisis.
Sela receives a golden, cage-like container that once held the Dream Eater's essence before its birth. The proposal is that it might contain the creature again. That possibility matters: it isn't presented as a guaranteed solution with a simple set of operating instructions.
Belinda receives a necklace intended to make the Dark One docile. He needs to be brought from Inferno to Earth so he can serve as bait for the Dream Eater.
One object is a possible containment vessel. The other is a way of managing the dangerous being needed for that plan. Neither needs an elaborate proper name to count as an artifact.
They also shouldn't be collapsed into one generic “Dream Eater relic,” or treated as early versions of Wonderland's En Passant. The story gives each a different target and a different job.
