By #127, Wolverine is badly shaken. Scott notices and deliberately starts a fight with him. He insults him, gets him angry and gets him moving again. Kurt and Storm get pulled into it too. Scott is taking a hell of a risk. Logan is furious, and those claws are real. But Scott is watching how they react and getting them ready to face Proteus again. Logan eventually understands what he was doing and gives him credit for it. That adds something important to their relationship. Scott can recognize a problem with Logan and act on it, even when Logan isn't going to appreciate the approach at first. And Wolverine can admit Scott got something right. These two have plenty of arguments, but there are reasons they can still function on the same team.
