When they return, Las Vegas is a city again. The ruined world is gone. Sela and Britney are standing beside Malec, now back in his human appearance, looking at what they've changed.
Britney immediately wonders what this means for Robyn. If Lucinda was her mother, would killing Lucinda in the past erase Robyn too? Sela says Robyn is alive. That's the answer the comic gives, even though the time change isn't as simple as removing every consequence of Lucinda's life.
Malec heads off to attend to his own business. Sela tells him she'll be watching him. They worked together to stop the Queen, but neither is pretending that makes everything between them settled.
The war's deaths don't all remain permanent, either. That needs to be part of any account of this story. Shang can die during the Queen's reign and be alive in the epilogue because #12 changes the outcome. Leaving out the reset would leave a very misleading picture of where these characters end up.
