3/10 Sela's group keeps losing people as it tries to escape and regroup. Baba Yaga falls while helping them get away. Later, Shang, Thane and Nissa are captured. Each loss leaves the people still free with fewer options and fewer places to turn. Robyn's connection to the Queen also becomes much more personal. She is revealed as the daughter of Lucinda and Cronus. Malec is the Queen's husband, but he isn't Robyn's biological father. Lucinda sees more in Robyn than a useful archer. The prophecy and that family connection put her in a position the other fighters around the Queen don't share. She is someone Lucinda can try to shape into an even more powerful weapon. Sela doesn't get to stop and untangle all of this before making her next move. She needs to keep the survivors together, avoid the forces hunting them and find a way to fight back. Right now, simply reaching the Queen again would leave them facing many of the same weapons that defeated them before.
