4/6 Samantha's captors drain her magical power. They're getting what they want from her while the others try to work out how to stop the attack. The Goblin Queen's crown becomes important to that effort, because they need to understand how the Reavers are being controlled and whether they can break that control. Sela and Nathan's search takes them to Las Vegas, where they briefly fight alongside the Dark One. After everything between them, he's hardly someone they can treat as a trusted ally. But they have an immediate threat in common, so for that fight they end up on the same side. The Bad Girls have trouble staying on the same side even when the plan is theirs. Each wants power for her own reasons. Each also has reason to think someone else in the group will use her and then get rid of her. They can launch an attack together. Trusting one another with what comes afterward is another question.
