3/6 The Mandersoon isn't what you'd expect after seeing the Flesh Reavers. They wake it up, and it's small and cute. This is the creature they're counting on to help stop an invasion. It bonds with Britney, so the group has to work with that connection and learn what it needs from them. The monastery is in danger too. Samantha appears to be lost during the attack, before the group has had much chance to use what they've found. She isn't gone from the story, though. She's been taken to Wonderland. Now they've got two problems that can't wait. The Reavers are still attacking Earth, and Samantha is in the hands of the Queen of Spades and the Goblin Queen. Finding the Mandersoon hasn't given them a clear path back to one battle. Someone who helped them get this far needs rescuing, while the invasion she was trying to stop is still going on.
