Adam Akiwowo is Agent Akiwowo, another member of HiboCorp's staff. His introduction is indexed in Code Red #2, the issue involving Red, Robyn and the struggle over the Cyclops Eye. He also appears in the Ascension and Robyn Hood: Age of Darkness material. His entry needs to stay more limited than Wisnowski's. The supporting role is established, but I don't have the same amount of verified individual history to go through. Appearing in the agency's stories doesn't tell us that he shares every decision made by its other agents. So the useful distinction here is the person and the job: Adam Akiwowo, a HiboCorp agent within that wider supporting cast. Giving him credit for someone else's mission, assigning him an unconfirmed rank or borrowing another character's motives would turn a small role into a different character altogether.
