Kingdom Come: Deliverance. I'm almost 200 hours into the game and I just now realized you can stealth kill somebody while they're lying on the ground.
The thing is, if you've got the right skills, when you get up behind somebody you can actually kill them in one shot (which is really helpful if you're killing standalone guards or bandits or whatever). I was having trouble with a camp and I was messing around. For the first time I was going to poison the food or whatever.
I got over one of them and I noticed: if you get near a sleeping enemy and you aim near their head, you can strangle them in their sleep. They don't have to be sitting up or standing up. You can literally strangle them in their sleep. I wiped out all three people in the camp by just strangling all three of them in their sleep and taking everything.
