12/18 Zombies: The Cursed shifts the focus to Elijah and the dead being raised through dark magic. As that magic spreads, corpses rise to swell the Being's army. This part of Unleashed is explicitly supernatural. It shouldn't be retold as a conventional laboratory-virus outbreak just because zombies are involved. The threat also works on a different scale from a single vampire's ambition or a werewolf being pursued. The dead can become a force assembled against the living. That makes the power raising and directing them part of the problem, alongside the bodies attacking people in front of the hunter.
