BOLDER

BOLDER Bolder comes into Quest as a dwarf banished from his homeland. The account of his exile involves his brother's actions, which gives his displaced position a different shape from Aisling's loss of her kingdom or Blake's troubled knighthood. He is also Blake's established companion. When Wonderland's influence threatens Blake, Bolder remains among the people who have to carry the mission forward with Aisling and Druanna. There is a useful continuity in seeing him here after Tallus. His place in Myst's conflicts extends beyond one siege or one powerful ally. Quest gives the travelling company its own focus, and Bolder is one of the people holding that company together through another crisis.
