BLAKE

BLAKE Blake carries Wonderland into a story about defending Myst. He is a former White Knight, and Quest makes that connection dangerous when he is infected with Wonderland's essence and begins succumbing to madness. His companions then have to continue confronting the threat to the realm while dealing with what is happening to someone inside their own group. The danger isn't limited to a villain waiting at the end of the journey. This gives Blake's place in the ensemble a particular tension. His experience connects the different realms, but that connection also leaves him vulnerable. The story makes his past an active problem for the present, with consequences for the people travelling beside him.
