With the opening buildings finished, I would concentrate on getting the settlement into profit. A straightforward route is the tavern once you have stone and grain. Its base construction costs 8,000 groschen, so account for that before spending the remainder of your money on something that does not earn it back. The tavern has brewery and dice-game improvements, and its earnings can benefit from other village buildings and the people you recruit. Check those upgrades instead of assuming the unfinished version is everything it can do. The beehives are worth considering as part of that wider setup, particularly if you also choose the bakery. Their value is not just the isolated number on their own page. The forge is another major business. It costs 8,000 and requires charcoal. Afterward, choose either swordsmith's tools or armoursmith's tools for 2,000. You cannot take both specializations. That choice affects what the shop sells and which specialist makes sense to recruit. There is room to change this order. A cheaper business may fit your remaining money better than immediately saving for the tavern. What I would not do is copy somebody's promised daily profit without checking their buildings, contracts, workers, and judgments. Look at your own final balance. Once it is positive, you can let earnings accumulate toward the next project instead of personally funding every single building.
