Once the trader is built, Supplies becomes much easier to understand. You are arranging deliveries for the settlement, not filling Henry's inventory with ordinary grain and charcoal. The trader handles transport. You only need one supplier for each resource, so all those map markers are alternatives, not a checklist of people you must buy from. For stone, visit Rupert at the Talmberg quarry. The opening price is 4,000 groschen, and successful negotiation can bring it to 3,000. Have the money ready and make a save before the conversation. Stone is the one-off purchase here. The other contracts add daily expenses. Grain from the Samopesh bailiff costs 80 per day, compared with 120 from Sasau and 160 from Uzhitz. For livestock, the Ledetchko butcher offers 30 per day. Sasau is 50, while Rattay is more expensive and can involve additional dialogue trouble. For charcoal, Ginger's charcoal-burner friends offer 180 per day if you helped him. The ordinary alternative is 220. Your earlier quest decisions matter for that discount, so do not budget around it if you did not earn it. You can arrange everything on one trip, but remember that contracts increase expenses. If money is tight, secure the materials for your next business first. For the tavern route, that means stone and grain. Charcoal becomes necessary for the forge. Livestock also helps the woodcutters, even without a butcher. Secure all four resources to finish Supplies.
