Give Hans the musk, take the poetry book and read it before meeting him that evening. Aim to be at his room around 9 p.m., and bring a Marigold decoction. His face reacts badly to the musk, and the decoction is an available way to deal with that instead of trying to talk him into ignoring it. Follow him to Karolina’s house and use the hiding spot when instructed. For the successful poetry sequence, choose the lines beginning with “Gentle night,” then the one about his heart dwelling in sorrow, then the request not to wait in vain. When Karolina questions the unusual poetry, blame the French. Her father comes out, and your job changes to keeping him occupied while Hans sneaks away. Use the Speech options to keep the conversation going. When those run out, start singing and keep singing. You want him distracted long enough for Hans, rather than immediately leaving or turning the conversation into a fight. Keep a save before this encounter if you specifically want the Wingman achievement. Return to Hans the following morning to hear how it went and finish Honeyed Words. That last conversation closes the DLC. Getting the necklace and potion handled is most of the work, but the poetry, distraction and morning follow-up are still part of finishing it.
