What Price Honour? is the final ride against Hagen Zoul. Make a separate save before leaving camp. Kuno's men can die in this battle, so finish anything you still want to do with them first.
When Hagen offers Kuno money to leave, you have several routes. You can try persuasion, pay Kuno yourself, or remind him of his promise if you released Jakey, learned about the bribe and discussed it with Kuno. Don't assume an impressive-looking Speech number guarantees the result. The promise route is worth preparing in advance.
Keeping Kuno brings both groups into battle. Help your allies finish their opponents, be careful about friendly hits, and check who survived afterward. Don't strip equipment from your companions or their camp before this fight.
If Kuno leaves, Henry can challenge Hagen to single combat instead. Keep it a melee duel. Using a bow can bring Hagen's men into the fight, and attacking after a surrender is not something to treat as a safe shortcut to his equipment.
For the Zoul gear, the straightforward route is looting Hagen after his death in the group battle. Check for his helmet, cuirass, arm and leg plates, plus his shield. Pick up dropped weapons and equipment before leaving, and move heavy loot onto your horse as needed.
Finish by reporting to Radzig. Before overwriting your earlier save, check the outcome and your inventory, especially if keeping the band alive or collecting the Zoul set was your goal.
