1/9 The people left behind by the Flight programme Omega Flight brings the unfinished business of Department H straight to James Hudson's door. These people were close enough to the superhero programme to know what they had missed out on. Jerry Jaxon gives them someone to blame and a chance to settle the score. This is the original John Byrne group from Alpha Flight #11–12, followed by its return in #25–28. The first attack has Box, Diamond Lil, Wild Child, Flashback and Smart Alec, with Jaxon and Delphine Courtney behind the operation. Box needs a closer look. The second attack has a smaller roster: Courtney, now impersonating Guardian, with Diamond Lil, Wild Child and Flashback. Jaxon and Smart Alec are no longer available. Courtney is continuing Jaxon's campaign. The Flight names make the connection uncomfortable. Alpha, Beta and Gamma were supposed to offer a route toward becoming heroes. Omega takes that shared background and puts it to work against the people who made it to the top. Somebody has found a use for the old training programme after its funding disappears. https://t.co/RCxF9DUOOo
