4. Veil controls what the other side can see Veil supplies the fog that makes fighting this group even more difficult. She can obscure the area around her and use that concealment against people who are already struggling to locate their attackers. A power like that becomes much more dangerous alongside the rest of this roster. Someone trying to keep track of Aminedi has an obvious problem if their vision is being blocked. Someone facing a swordsman needs to see where the blade is coming from. Veil makes both jobs harder. Her fog can also be used to choke the people caught inside it. When the pursuit reaches the café, concealment becomes a way to pressure people out of shelter. Staying hidden is less useful when the place you are hiding is being filled with something you cannot comfortably breathe. The story does not give her a long personal introduction. We mostly understand her through what she contributes to the attack. It is still a specific job, and one that helps the other members rather than simply duplicating what they do. Her encounter with Pyro ends in her death. That keeps the violence from feeling like something only Freedom Force can suffer. Once the fighting turns, being part of the team that set the trap offers her no protection. There is very little safety for anyone in these backup chapters, including the people who began with the advantage. https://t.co/ijzkt6JVTW
