I don't know if it's in all of them because I've just now noticed, but in the Red Agent writing, all throughout Human Order and Island of Dr. Moreau, it's not just one character but multiple. Anytime they're in a big fight and things get really crazy, near the end somebody will yell, "Enough," and then they'll do something crazy and pretty much stop the battle (either severely damaging somebody or using a special move or something). It must be a habit of that specific writer but it happens, I've counted, at least nine times where just a character will say, "Enough," and then that'll be some crazy move to finish the battle.
