Lexi is one of the less developed named Gladiators in this part of New Mutants. His wings give the fighting cast another recognizable silhouette, but the story doesn't provide a full history to go with it. He belongs to the arena population, separate from the captured New Mutants. The winged design adds another complication to a place where the next opponent might fight with a weapon, brute force or an entirely different body. A confined arena doesn't mean every threat stays on the ground. There isn't enough personal material here to assign him a motive or an origin. He's worth including in the roster without pretending that a striking design amounts to a developed biography.
