If you're making certificates, event badges, or name tags from a spreadsheet, Batch Document Studio handles the repeated layout work. It's now Gold, with v1.3.1 available. You load a PDF or image template, bring in a CSV or XLSX spreadsheet, and place fields where the changing text belongs. Preview different rows, check the preflight findings, then build a ZIP of personalized PDFs or PNGs. Templates, spreadsheet rows, and generated documents stay on your device. This release fixes details that affect the actual output: PDF pages keep their natural dimensions, text scales correctly when a PDF template becomes a PNG, and shrink-to-fit minimum sizes follow that scale. Explicit line breaks and blank lines are preserved. The field preview also follows the selected local font, and clearing the session clears that font too. The release was checked with 28 tests and Linux/macOS/Windows CI, plus Chromium and Firefox exercises using PDF and image templates, CSV and XLSX input, local fonts, and the ZIP queue. The downloadable ZIP was checked too. PNG export covers the first template page only. For multi-page output, use PDF. Fonts still need permission for embedding, and you should check the finished files before printing or distributing them. https://t.co/s0Vl5D30SV
