SCP-028 SCP-028 sounds like something people would line up to try. Walk into a small patch of space near an abandoned Michigan copper mine, wait a few seconds, and suddenly you know a subject completely. You don't get to choose the subject. One person learns how to build a cold-fusion reactor. Someone else gets the location of a Buick's keys. Another learns how to make an engine run on human blood. The knowledge can be useful, pointless, or something nobody should have handed you. The experiments get ugly. One man learns something the file never explains, collapses mentally, and eventually dies. An agent gains classified knowledge about the Foundation, then attacks the people around him. We aren't told enough to know exactly what set him off. You can go back for another dose of knowledge, although repeated visits bring headaches and dizziness. That makes the temptation easy to understand. If the first visit gave you something extraordinary, how many times would you convince yourself to try again? The entry is classified Safe because the area stays put. Walking into it is still a gamble with your mind. https://t.co/9IytgZFYUK
