Website Screenshot Evidence Pack is now Gold. This one takes screenshots you already have and puts them into a folder or ZIP pack with metadata, file hashes, and a browsable HTML index.
The index makes the collection easier to browse, and the hashes give whoever receives it a way to check the files later.
The latest work improves image validation and checks the complete ZIP stream, including unexpected members, sizes, and CRCs. Existing destinations are preserved, and the release includes runnable examples. It now uses Python 3.11+ and Pillow 13.
You supply the screenshots. The tool doesn't visit websites or capture pages, and a matching hash doesn't prove where an image came from. It helps keep the files and their recorded context together, with a way to verify the pack hasn't changed.
