“Done” can mean a few different things when you're working through a project. Implemented, merged, configured, deployed, and verified are all steps you may need to track separately. ScopeTrace is now Gold. You supply the requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and evidence, and it builds a delivery-state matrix. It can show what's blocked, where the missing evidence is, and what moved forward or regressed since an earlier report. The latest release fixes how future-dated evidence is handled. Something recorded after the date you're reviewing can't advance that earlier report. I also tightened input checks and cleaned up how literal text appears in Markdown output. It works from the evidence you give it rather than connecting to your deployment services and deciding what happened. That makes it useful for a review where you want the requirements and supporting references laid out together. https://t.co/jkhvXUrUB2
