A folder full of archives can look perfectly fine until you actually need to open one of them.
Archive Integrity Batch Checker is now Gold. It checks ZIP, CBZ, and EPUB files in batches without extracting their contents to disk, then gives you a report to work through. Corrupt members, empty archives, suspicious member paths, and unusually high compression ratios all have somewhere to show up.
The latest release tightens up configuration checks, keeps an error in one archive from stopping the rest of the batch, and protects existing report files from accidental replacement. Archives that hit a verification limit are marked incomplete.
It's a local archive-checking tool, so the results are about the container and its members. You'll still need to judge the contents themselves. For checking a collection before relying on it, that's a useful place to start.
