You get a summary of what was added, removed, changed, or renamed, along with line counts, file sizes, and hashes. The report leaves the file contents out. I finished another pass on how it handles read limits and incomplete scans. If it couldn't finish checking something, that now stays visible instead of feeding into a confident-looking conclusion about missing or renamed files. It runs locally, leaves the source folders alone, and gives you Markdown or JSON to review.
