Porcupine: Alexander Gentry
Alexander Gentry's answer to superhero combat is to build a suit covered in weapon tubes and wear it into the fight.
The original Porcupine was a weapons designer. His armor gives the animal theme a practical purpose: the quills are part of an arsenal, with projectiles and chemical attacks available through the suit.
There's something very early Marvel about looking at a porcupine and deciding the missing feature is a portable weapons platform.
Gentry captures Beast during Nefaria's operation. Hank's strength and agility don't keep him from being taken with the rest of the team.
Porcupine is an important part of why this lineup shouldn't be dismissed just from the names. A ridiculous-looking suit can still be dangerous, particularly when its wearer has prepared an ambush and the person facing him doesn't know what it can fire.
Of course, an effective costume doesn't give Gentry a good reason to trust his employer. He joins the others in trying to take the ransom for themselves. By then, their shared interest in getting paid is about the only thing holding the group together.
