Multi-Person Availability Merger is now Gold with v1.2.1. You give it people's available time windows, and it finds the overlap so you can see when everyone could meet. It works from the times you supply, without needing access to anyone's calendar. The finishing pass tightened participant and time-offset checks, improved error handling at date boundaries, and made large scheduling buffers behave more reliably.
