SKIDS: SALLY BLEVINS Skids has a protective force field with a slippery surface, which is where her name comes from. It makes her difficult to hold and gives her a very different way of handling danger from the team's fire and explosions. She's already part of X-Factor's younger circle when this miniseries begins. Her relationship with Rusty is established, but she doesn't automatically agree with everything he does. His decision to surrender to the Navy is one example. As the rescue develops, she is part of the older group trying to reach the missing children. Protection matters when getting people out is the immediate goal. That's the place to start with her in this era. Her powers make her useful in a team, and her relationships give her a personal reason to keep going when their situation gets worse. I'm keeping this entry on Sally during X-Terminators. The different teams and circumstances she becomes involved with later can be covered when we reach those points, instead of letting her whole future take over this particular story.
