Screenshot Redaction Assistant is now Gold, with version 1.4.0.
Draw, move and resize rectangles over private details in an image. You can save an unfinished review and come back to it, then export a flattened PNG after accepting the redactions.
The current release handles image orientation explicitly and adds browser export audit files. Optional local OCR can suggest areas to review, but those suggestions still need to be checked.
Your original image stays unchanged. The final flattened export is the redacted copy, so that's the file to inspect and share once you've checked that everything private is covered.
