Excalibur 35 is more like a follow-up that swerves around that. Overall I was pretty surprised by the arch. I read it in about 2 and a half days (reading at nights I read 2-3 hours a night normally) so it wasn't a long read. I feel this is kind of like PART 1 of the end of an era (Claremont). I feel like the Muir Island Saga is the big Part 2 as an era comes to an end, starts tying up a LOT of threads around that time period. Again I know a LOT about comics, comic history and characters but since this is m first deep X-Title chronology read through I'm learning a lot.
