This is picking up where my last series of posts left off but this time I want to talk about another comic series called Grimm Fairy Tales because that one's really important to me and I've been reading through it. It's a monster to read through but nowhere near as big as the X-Men scenario. Grim Fairy Tales is a whole different beast but as I was saying before, you've got four different worlds. Each world has its own deep rich history and then you have a bunch of little side stuff going on, like The Jungle Book, Mowgli, and that whole island of combat beasts and everything. They all are self-contained but in ways they're all connected as well. For example Wonderland has a massive history. They have a whole massive set of comics and then a second set of comics and I think it's a 50-part miniseries. It's tons and tons of history in each one of the realms and then they all overlap and there are miniseries. It took me forever to get a read order together. At some point I may put that read order together in a way that I can share it with everyone because it'll be really useful if someone's trying to read the entire series. It took me a while to get the read order locked down and it took a lot of time reading them personally to go through and organize which ones were in what order. Even some of them I accidentally still read out of order. It's almost as convoluted as Wildstorm but not quite.
