For the quest where you have to give them jobs in Aquarius:
1. If you go back after you get that, go back to the city and talk to everyone in the quest markers.
2. Once you're done with that and they all go to meet at the house, talk to Antonio and agree to consider her for work.
3. Talk to Rock and persuade him to accept emptying the latrines. Also help with his injured arm if it lets you.
4. After you interview all of them go talk to the bailiff.
This is what I recommend:
- Vincent, Pikman, and Tonda for carrying water
- Antonia and Rock for emptying latrines
- Cornelius will be unemployed
The reason why I'm saying that is because Teresa wants Antonia to carry water but if you give her that job it pays too little for her husband's treatment and her husband ends up dying. If you give her the latrine job then it pays enough to help him. That's what I ended up doing. Even though Teresa may complain about it, at the end at least her husband's not going to die. That's what I recommend.
