For Kingdom Come: Deliverance, just a heads up if this is your first time playing it: there are several quests that are timed. Not many of them, but some of them. The one where you go talk to Johanka and you're supposed to help out all the sick people (I forgot the name of the quest because I finished it a while back): helping out the individual patients is all timed, like the dude with the broken leg and the dude that needs a sleeping potion. I don't know if all of them are timed but I know several of them are because I got stuck in a loop and almost lost the quest. I restarted a few times, reloaded a few times, and got it right. If you do take that quest go ahead and knock it out as quickly as you can so you don't run out of time.
