These are three related poems from Whispers of Oblivion 2 (Still writing/editing so these are rough drafts of the initial poems). Still working on them. Also this one will be published as soon as I am done editing, and writing the last few poems).
Poem: Corruption
Corruption sits across from its brother, creation.
What was meant to be… will never be. What was meant to exist… must die.
Corruption decays all life, leading to death. It destroys all beauty, leading to ugliness. An ugly, barren, existentially inept world.
Corruption waits for its sibling at the gates. Stealing its breath. Deterring its growth. Breaking its spirit. Leaving it in bonds to its own amusement, nothing escapes the detriment of corruption.
Creation brings to life, a plant. It sits, grows, buries deep into the earth, roots flowing in all directions. Corruption starts there. The roots. The silence. The wet undergrowth slowing molding, falling apart, corrupting all that it touches. Then death. The silent return of creation starts again when the roots die, wither, and are reborn.
Corruption and it’s sibling, hand in hand with all desolation. All must bow to the cycle.
Poem: Creation
Creation sits across from its brother, corruption.
Broken, twisted by its sibling. Screaming for separation from a cycle that can never be broken.
Time. Creation is the start. Time is the test. Corruption is the result. All things decay. All things corrupt. Creation never stops doing what it was meant to do, despite the evils surrounding it.
Perhaps… if there is beauty in creation… there is beauty in corruption.
Poem: Twins
Life and death, twin existence.
Hope and the absence thereof, twin existence.
Vision and blindness, twin existence.
Twins. Two sides to every coin. A yin to every yang. A broken line between every whole, two parts torn asunder into two realities.
Twins.

These 3 are strongly tied together in meaning.
