This post is going to be covering some of the direction that my work and content are going to move in over the next couple of years. It's going to be something that you'll see over the next couple of years. I've been writing as a passion for my whole life, all the way back on Windows 3.1, when my dad first got me one when I was younger, all the way until now. Before Windows 3.1 I was writing by hand. I've been writing my whole life. I didn't start getting super serious about it as a passion until about 8 years ago, when I started publishing stuff, self-publishing. I've been programming my entire adult life since I was 18, so 25+ years, maybe longer, dabbling in it way before that. I've been a comic nerd for my entire life, going on 4 decades. I've been a video game nerd for going on 4 decades, back when I was super young. My point is I've got certain passions that have remained pretty consistent with me my entire life. I've been relying on client work to stay afloat for many, many years. Now, with the changes in technology and with AI freeing up more time for me to work on personal projects as well, I started getting more into creating my own... That's going to be my focus that I have to do but I want to start doing a huge pivot in four areas. 1. I already play a lot of video games and I know a lot about games. I've played a lot of them. I know a lot about the systems, the series, the games, the storylines, and the history. It's just something I've been doing a lot so I want to start posting a lot more gaming content: gaming news, gaming history, lore, specifics. I'm going to start doing a lot of stuff about video games. 2. Comics: I read everything, Marvel, Dark Horse, DC. See image. I normally read 2 or 3 hours a night on average, sometimes longer. I read a lot and I'm normally reading a lot of different series. I'm going to start talking a lot more about comics, storylines, companies, and everything in between. 3. I'm going to start writing more than I ever have before. I've been writing for many, many years but I take huge breaks from it. I'm going to really be doubling down over the next 6 months and writing way more than I ever have before. I'm going to be talking about my stories, my worlds, my universes, other writers, and anything writing-related. 4. I'm going to be working very heavily on my serial entrepreneur ecosystem, building websites, web applications, and games. I'm going to get an Android and iOS developer account here in the near future and start working on apps as well among other things. I'm planning on eventually shifting away from client work to writing and running the serial entrepreneur ecosystem full time if I ever get to that place. Those are the four main things I'm going to be focusing on, among other things. I'm still a huge tech enthusiast. Because of my many years in the tech industry I'm going to be talking about things like programming, programming languages, technology, a lot of stuff about AI and AI systems, and even other things that I don't currently talk about that are technology-related. I know that's multiple different topics so it's going to be hard to pin down one specific niche. I have a lot of stuff I want to talk about and I really don't want to create one account for each subject so I'm just going to go all in on this one.
